1. Acceptance of Terms & Diagnostics Scope

Our platform provides client-side hardware diagnostics, peripheral validation checklists, and specs scanning. All automated calculations, keyTallies, rollover checks, mouse clicks telemetry, and monitor frame measurements execute entirely locally in your browser's sandboxed memory using client-side scripts. No software modifications or hardware adjustments are conducted.

2. Free Access & Optional Paywalls

We offer unlimited free access to our peripheral testers. Certified PDF Diagnostic Reports are available free of charge by default. In the event that premium checkout paywalls are toggled active (controlled by the global configurations switch), pricing parameters will clearly display on checkout forms:

• UPI QR Code Payments (India): Dynamic checkout formats are billed in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Debit/Credit Card Payments (International): Secure checkouts are compiled in United States Dollars (USD).

All checkout structures, receipt verifications, and pdf compiling processes are processed securely without server-side database logs.

3. Google AdSense & Cookies Compliance

Our pages display standard advertisement slots via the Google AdSense publisher network. Google uses doubleclick advertising cookies to serve targeted ads based on your visits to our pages. You can choose to opt out of personalized advertisements inside your Google Ad settings or clear cookies inside your browser preferences.

4. Push Notifications & PWA Caching

Our Progressive Web App (PWA) uses standard service workers (`sw.js`) to cache application code locally for full offline usability. By subscribing to push notification frameworks (such as OneSignalSDKWorker configurations), you agree to receive client-side diagnostic milestones or peripheral update notices directly in your operating system banners. You can unsubscribe at any time.

5. Absolute Limitation of Liability

ALL HARDWARE SCANS, FREQUENCY Hz TELEMETRIES, AND KEYBOARD/MOUSE CHATTER CALCULATIONS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. Under no circumstances shall InputTest.online, its developers, or brand representatives be liable for any device malfunctions, physical keyboard switch lags, monitor stuck/dead pixels during sweep calibrations, hardware specifications inaccuracies, or data losses resulting from site utility runs.
